The thick plate double feed detector "DTC-1100K" is a detector for double feeding of thick plates to protect the press machine. The differential transformer is a displacement sensor used as a position and dimension sensor. Its structure consists of an outer cylindrical part made of three coils and a core (magnetic core: usually a round iron rod) that can move inside. An excitation current (primary voltage of the transformer) is applied to the central coil. The frequency typically used is between 1 to 10 kHz. Secondary voltage is taken from the coils on both sides, and when the position of the iron core changes, the value of the secondary voltage changes, allowing it to function as a displacement sensor. **Features of the Differential Transformer** - The outer cylindrical part of the coil and the iron core are non-contact, resulting in no wear and high durability. - It is a sensor with high environmental resistance against water, oil, temperature, and other factors. *For specifications, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
